When making purchases we make every effort to select suppliers whose environmental practices are consistent with those of the Islands Trust mandate. In addition, purchases of equipment and supplies should have Canadian content and be manufactured from recycled or recyclable materials whenever possible, practical and economical.
Invitations to Quote, Request for Proposals, and Request for Qualifications covering Islands Trust contracts are advertised on the Islands Trust website, the provincial government BC Bid site and the Civic Info Website.
Interested suppliers should:
- Be sure your proposal/offer is submitted to the Islands Trust office before the stated closing time.
- Be sure to read the documents thoroughly and comply with all the instructions and conditions.
- Be sure to read all addenda/amendments. All addenda/amendments will be posted on this website and on BC Bid. It is the sole responsibility of the Proponent to check for addenda/amendments on our website or BC Bid. Proponents are strongly encouraged to subscribe to BC Bid’s email notification service to receive notices of addenda/amendments.
