December 10, 2017 | Special Meeting Scheduled
The LTC has scheduled a workshop within a Special Meeting - click here to view the notice - to engage community members on the best approach to acknowledging First Nations history in its Official Community Plan. October 19th & 23rd | Meeting Highlights
At its October 19th business meeting, the LTC gave 2nd & 3rd reading to proposed bylaws no. 117 & 118 and approved application SA-DVP-2016.1 for issuance. The LTC met October 23rd, at the Islands Trust Victoria boardroom, to review its Land Use Bylaw for technical updates.

June 15, 2017 | LTC Meeting Highlights
The Saturna LTC advanced two draft bylaws (no.117 and no.118) to 1st reading. These bylaws are a result of a density transfer application by Nepenthe Holdings Ltd (SA-RZ-2012.1). The LTC also directed staff to arrange a working session to discuss Land Use Bylaw technical amendments that staff is recommending. The LTC approved the 2016/2017 annual report wording that was prepared by staff. The next scheduled LTC meeting is October 19, 2017.
February 17, 2017 | LTC Meeting Highlights
The Saturna LTC considered a staff report on SA-RZ-2012.1 (Napenthe Holdings Ltd) and directed staff to prepare draft bylaws for the LTC's consideration in order to transfer subdivision density to the Napenthe property. The LTC also endorsed a First Nations relationship building project charter and considered appointments to the APC.
