Salt Spring Island trustees invite residents to join an in-person community engagement session on what it means to create a “complete community.” This event is an opportunity for residents to review the Salt Spring Island Complete Communities Assessment map book and share thoughts on what matters most to them in their neighborhoods and villages.

This in-person event will be facilitated by Islands Trust staff, who will present maps and scenarios that encourage attendees to think about what makes a neighborhood complete, accessible, and resilient. It’s a great chance to connect with fellow community members and contribute ideas that will help shape future planning for Salt Spring Island.
