Island Profile

The Lasqueti Island Local Trust Area includes over 20 islands. It has three provincial parks (Jedediah Island, Sabine Channel, Squitty Bay) and four protected sanctuaries. In its waters, the local trust area has critical habitat for the Marbled Murrelet and Killer Whale.
