The applicant is proposing to amend Salt Spring Island Land Use Bylaw No. 355. This rezoning is required following the expiration of Land Use Contract Bylaw No. 10, which authorized the current uses taking place on the property. Amending the zoning to Commercial 1 (C1) will allow the current uses to continue, and permit a range of other commercial uses. More information.

Proposed rezoning – 805 Lower Ganges Rd, Salt Spring Island (PID: 009-600-426 and 009-600-451)

The applicant is proposing to amend Salt Spring Island Land Use Bylaw No. 355. The purpose of this rezoning is to allow “liquor primary” as a permitted accessory use in the Parks and Reserve 3 and 3(a) zones. More information.
