What is being proposed?

Canna Northwest Enterprises Inc has applied to the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch for a Non-Medical Cannabis Retail Store Licence.

The application is for:

1) Unit 105 – 109 McPhillips Ave.

2) Hours of operation Mondays – Sundays between 9:00 am to 11:00 pm

As the local government, the Salt Spring Island Local Trust Committee (SS LTC) is requested to consider the application for this endorsement. Public input on this application is being sought. The SS LTC may consider a decision on this application at their meeting June 22, 2023, to be held at the 64 Learning Hub (122 Rainbow Road) or via Zoom (see Islands Trust Meetings and Minutes webpage for details).
