The purpose of this public hearing is to consider application SA-ALR-2023.1 (Hall), a request by the property owner to exclude 12 hectares of property on Narvaez Bay Road from the Agricultural Land Reserve (ALR), with a corresponding ALR inclusion of 12 hectares on an adjacent property.
