Join the North Pender Island Local Trust Committee on May 2, 2026 for a community information meeting to learn more about the North Pender Housing Access and Affordability Project.

• Location: St. Peters Anglican Hall, 4703 Canal Rd, North Pender Island, BC

Meeting Purpose: The purpose of this meeting is to further engage with the community on the LTC’s Housing Access and Affordability Project. The meeting will include a 30 minute informal open house where the public can engage staff and elected officials, a staff presentation on the LTC’s Housing Action Plan, recently completed build-out and suitable land analysis mapping, and draft housing related bylaw amendments. There will also be a summary of work to date including bylaw related and other recommendations from the Special Advisory Planning Commission on Housing (APC), followed by a discussion focusing on the draft housing related bylaw amendments and plan implementation.
