Development Variance Permit Applications

PL-DVP-2025-0348 (Forrest) 

Location: 5465 Lacon Road, PID: 030-773-890

Development Variance Permit application is to allow for the construction and siting of a retaining wall along the property line within the required setback area, serving as the base for a fence. Installation of dug fence posts is not an option on the site in this case due to ground disturbance concerns. The L-shaped retaining wall be  poured on the surface and secured with fill; the fence will be constructed on top of the wall.
